Renting and buying are kept completely separate, so you always know which process you're in — and nothing is ever charged without a person on our team approving it first.

Renting a car or a home

    Choose your dates

    Open a car or home, pick your dates and see the price worked out for you. Dates that are already taken are crossed out.

  2. 02

    Send a booking request

    Your request reaches our team marked “Waiting for approval”. Nothing is charged at this point.

  3. 03

    We review it

    Someone on our team approves or declines it, and you hear back by email and in your account.

  4. 04

    Pay securely

    Once approved, you pay through Stripe's secure checkout.

  5. 05

    Booking confirmed

    Your booking is confirmed only after the payment provider verifies the payment — usually within a minute.

  6. 06

    Enjoy, then review

    After your trip you can leave a review. Only customers with a completed booking can review a listing.
